Pete Fisher
Lt. Peter Fisher is employed by the Bremerton Police Department. He currently serves as an Operations lieutenant. His duties include: Training, budgeting, patrol grants, traffic enforcement and investigations as well as IA investigations. He is also the City’s project manager for the Photo-enforcement and ALPR programs.
Lt. Fisher has served as a field training officer, bicycle officer, motor officer, EVOC instructor, defensive tactics instructor, OC instructor, impact weapons instructor, Taser instructor; as well as a traffic collision Reconstructionist. Lt. Fisher has numerous hours of specialty training related to collision investigation and reconstruction. Lt. Fisher also served as a patrol sergeant and traffic sergeant where he oversaw numerous serious injury and fatality collisions.
Lt Fisher has a Master degree in organizational leadership and a graduate certificate in organizational development. He specializes in leadership instruction geared towards first-line supervisors and middle managers. Additionally he provides training for executive level leaders in the area of strategic planning, preferred futuring, responsibility charting, and change implementation and management.
Lt. Fisher has also served as a hearing examiner for drug forfeiture cases. His experience also includes numerous in-depth specialty studies for the State of Washington relating to motorcycle and other vehicle fatalities.
