Biographical Information
Lieutenant
Peter Fisher is a National Lead
Trainer in Traffic Accident Reconstruction (Officer-Involved Collision Investigation
and Liability Prevention,
Auto vs. Pedestrian Accident Reconstruction,
and Auto vs. Bicycle
Accident Reconstruction) and an Adjunct Trainer in
Real-World Defense Countermeasure (including
Tactical Duty Knife) for
CUTTING EDGE TRAINING, LLC.
Lt. Fisher is a commissioned officer for the Bremerton, Washington,
Police Department, and is a certified EVOC and PIT instructor.
He is the Bremerton Police Department's lead collision
reconstructionist, traffic lieutenant, and defensive tactics
administrator,
as well as the lead Defensive Tactics, OC, and baton instructor.
Lt. Fisher served his
agency as Field
Training Officer. He is regularly
consulted by his agency's administration regarding Bremerton Police
Department officers' force response in the field.
Lt.. Fisher has provided, and
continues to conduct specialized training for the Washington State
Criminal Justice Commission on traffic collision reconstruction. He
is instrumental in various policy issues for his agency that brings
Bremerton Police Department to the fore in liability prevention practices.
Pete was awarded the Bremerton Police Department's "Officer of the
Year--2003."
Pete holds a first-degree black
belt in Shoboyashi Shorin- ryu. He continues his close defense and
tactical training.
He has conducted training nationwide as a certified
National Lead Instructor for
CUTTING EDGE TRAINING, LLC.
Lt. Fisher also provides expert witness
testimony on collision reconstruction when called upon.
