Mr. George T. Williams
is a Police Training
Specialist, and the Director of Training for
CUTTING EDGE TRAINING, LLC
in Bellingham, Washington. He has been a trainer of police overall since
1979, and a full-time trainer since 1987. Mr. Williams, a California P.O.S.T.-certified Police Master Trainer, is responsible for the
development and presentation of unique and varied training programs to
SWAT, patrol, K9, and Police Administrators, as well as certifying
instructors in Defensive Tactics, impact weapons, and shooting. His
experience in training law enforcement ranges from police academies,
through municipal and county agencies to the state and federal government
level. A SWAT tactics and weapons trainer, he has been a consultant to
several dozen teams in the Western United States over the last 17 years.
As a Police Training Specialist, he has personally trained officers from
42 States and U.S. Territories, as well officers from 14 foreign

Thomas V. Benge

Sergeant Thomas V. Benge is
a National
Lead Instructor for
CUTTING EDGE TRAINING, LLC.
Tom
is a Police Sergeant for the City of Meadville, Pennsylvania, and an
Adjunct Instructor in Police Close Defense for
CUTTING
EDGE TRAINING, LLC.
Sgt. Benge is only the second person of over 14,000 officers trained
to ever be extended an invitation to train and serve as a National Lead
Instructor with CUTTING
EDGE TRAINING, LLC.
Sgt. Benge has been employed
as an officer in Meadville since May of 1993. He is currently
assigned to the Patrol Division. He serves as the primary
instructor in these areas for one of Pennsylvania's Municipal Police
Academies. Sgt. Benge is also a state certified Master Trainer in the
Pennsylvania Constable Program. He holds a 1st degree
Black Sash, and has been a practitioner of the martial arts since

Peter
Fisher

Lt.
Peter Fisher is a National Lead
Trainer in Traffic Accident Reconstruction, and an Adjunct Trainer in
Real-World Defense Countermeasure (including Tactical Duty Knife) for
CUTTING EDGE TRAINING, LLC.
Lt.. Fisher is a commissioned officer for the Bremerton, Washington,
Police Department, and is a certified EVOC and PIT instructor.
He is the Bremerton Police Department's lead collision
reconstructionist, traffic sergeant, and defensive tactics supervisor,
as well as the lead Defensive Tactics, OC, and baton instructor.

agency as Field
Training Officer.
