staff, a practical training by the instructor-candidates of troops in
the 16-hour Knife Combatives (user) course.
This course gives your unit trainer the answers to every troop's question:
"What do I do

he gets
inside the muzzle of my M4?"
This is real-world, "good to
go" training
for your last
layer of offense.
CUTTING EDGE TRAINING, LLC,
provides the only basic-to-advanced knife
employment training for the real-world for unit trainers in this system
of essential task skills for the Spec-Ops operator and/or infantryman.
We specialize in training the trainers of high risk skills to become
dramatically effective in their ability to bring operators, soldiers,
and Marines up to mission-ready status in
close-quarters in the shortest period possible. While focusing
on the knife, the reality is, this is a combatives course providing a
comprehensive fighting system giving your troops the highest
survivability and best chance of mission completion of any system ever
offered.
Your troops need

planet...we bring to your instructors the most effective method of
taking out an enemy combatant with a knife yet devised.
Instructor-candidates will learn to communicate, provide real-world
drills that build each upon the last, and to transfer winning
strategies and real-world combatives skills and problem-solving
efficiently to effectively train your troops to problem-solve in the CQB environment.
Our "Train-the-Trainer" course provides all of the knife and
physical skills, as well as vital instructor development training
necessary to effectively impart the essential skills to your
operators/infantry. This course is superior for its ability to
create capable, competent instruction in all critical tasks and skill
domains. It is fully deployable, with each instructor
successfully completing the course receiving a CD-ROM with PowerPoint
presentation slaved to workbooks and manuals. There is no finer
train-the-trainer course, and no better knife employment/combatives method for the real
world to be found anywhere.
The 64-hour Train-the-Trainer
course includes:

- Adult Learning Theory for effective physical skills training.

- Trainer examination.
16-hours of instructor-candidate training--FINAL EXAMINATION
- The instructor-candidates must conduct one successful 16-hour
user course to complete the certification process.
- The instructor-candidates are mentored by Cutting Edge Training
staff throughout the
practical training in order to maximize the candidates' teaching
effectiveness.
This essential task training
is:
- Conducted in BDUs and RBA/LBE.
- High intensity with safety protocols built-in to ensure a
dynamic training environment with few to no injuries--our goal is to
intensively train your operators, soldiers, and Marines, and have
them good to go for work the day following the course.
- Realistic for today's warrior--it is achievable for all troops
and operators. Each training course is tailored for the skill
level and motivation of the troops attending.
Please note:
This course is completely different in content
and intent from Cutting Edge Training's
"Patrol Duty Knife:
use and defense in the real-world" courses. This course is exactly
the opposite of our police classes. It is intended to create the
maximum infliction
of damage with the knife in order to rapidly
and efficiently
de-animate an enemy combatant during wartime,
and is
unacceptable for the non-military, civilian police mission.
That is why
police
officers do not qualify
for this course,
and civilians are
never welcome.
If you don't qualify, please
